Appraising Fresh Food Logistics Capability of E-commerce Enterprises
——Taking Meat Product of A E-commerce Enterprise as the Example LIU Jian-xin1 and WANG Ke-shan2

Abstract:Based on the research results of domestic and international logistics capability evaluation and in view of the fresh food logistics activity characteristic and the present situation of appraisal,the authors screen and construct the indicator system of logistics capability evaluation,which includes such five criteria level indicators as warehousing management capabilities,transport and distribution capabilities,construction management capabilities,staff quality and risk control capabilities,and 19 specific indicators. A fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of logistics capacity of fresh food of e-commerce enterprises is constructed with risk factors,and A enterprise is selected for empirical research. Studies show that the logistics capabilities of fresh food, especially meat products,have greatly improved. From the criteria level indicators,warehousing management capabilities, transport and distribution capabilities,and construction management capabilities tend to be strong,and the staff quality and risk control ability tend to be weaker. Therefore,we should pay more attention to the risk control ability and the quality of employees. At the same time,we should also take into account the capacity of construction management,transportation and distribution,and warehousing management.
