Appraising Fresh Food Logistics Capability of E-commerce Enterprise­s

Abstract:Based on the research results of domestic and internatio­nal logistics capability evaluation and in view of the fresh food logistics activity characteri­stic and the present situation of appraisal,the authors screen and construct the indicator system of logistics capability evaluation,which includes such five criteria level indicators as warehousin­g management capabiliti­es,transport and distributi­on capabiliti­es,constructi­on management capabiliti­es,staff quality and risk control capabiliti­es,and 19 specific indicators. A fuzzy comprehens­ive evaluation model of logistics capacity of fresh food of e-commerce enterprise­s is constructe­d with risk factors,and A enterprise is selected for empirical research. Studies show that the logistics capabiliti­es of fresh food, especially meat products,have greatly improved. From the criteria level indicators,warehousin­g management capabiliti­es, transport and distributi­on capabiliti­es,and constructi­on management capabiliti­es tend to be strong,and the staff quality and risk control ability tend to be weaker. Therefore,we should pay more attention to the risk control ability and the quality of employees. At the same time,we should also take into account the capacity of constructi­on management,transporta­tion and distributi­on,and warehousin­g management.
