Building China into a Leader in Trade and the High Quality Development of Circulation Industry

Abstract：Building China into a leader in trade should take industry as the orientation；and the development of trade will accelerate the industrial development. Building China into a leader in trade needs the support of government and policy guidance. We should promote the governance system of global economy，the orderly connection of foreign and domestic economic and trade rules，the development of main players in cross- border operation market，and the connection of supervision pattern of domestic and foreign trade through the coordination of domestic and foreign commodity market，domestic and foreign service market，and the combination of foreign capital and foreign investment；and we should promote the high quality and integrated development of domestic and foreign trade market. We should also work hard to build trade system with our say，try to increase trade with higher added- value，foster more first class trade enterprises，and lay solid theoretical foundation. The building of a leader in trade will depend on the high quality development of circulation industry；while this high quality development should be based on the development philosophy of innovation，coordination，green，open and sharing，the elimination of intermediation and reintermediation，and the acceleration of logistics industry. Under the background of China-US trade friction，we should pay more attention to stimulating domestic demand to rebuild the retail industry which taking consumers’value as the core.
