Accompanied with supply chain process, the capability of SCKM has significant positive impact on innovation and operation performance of the enterprise; after introducing supply chain exploration and supply chain exploitation()into the relation between Supply Chain Knowledge Management Capability(SCKMC)and two different kinds of performance, the relation between SCKMC and SC Ambidexterity is significantly positive, and the role of explanation variables has been significantly improved;SC Ambidexterity partly plays the intermediary role in the relation between SCKMC and corporate operation performance, which means that the intermediary of SC Ambidexterity can strengthen the effect of corporate performance.
