Research on Cooperation Evolution of E-commerce Logistics Platform from the Perspective of Business Ecology
——A Case of Cai Niao Logistics Platform

Abstract：At present，inter- enterprise cooperation has gradually evolved into ecological cooperation，which will be more conducive to achieving mutual benefit and win-win results. In the actual process of development，the co-evolution of cooperation between partners lacks sustainability，the challenges faced in the process of cooperation evolution，the response to challenges and the response results are not significant，and the overall cooperation evolution process fails to form a clear path to ecological cooperation. How to break through the challenges and realize the ecological cooperation evolution through the co- evolution of platform core enterprises and non- core enterprises is becoming a common problem faced by many enterprises. The study finds that，from the perspective of business ecology，the cooperation evolution process of e- commerce logistics platform enterprises has gone through three stages，including identification of challenges，docking and matching，and breaking- in and symbiosis， and formed ecological adaptation advantages，ecological innovation advantages and ecological extension advantages，and continued dynamic evolution towards the ecological direction of mutual trust，mutual benefit and win-win sharing. Specifically， there are challenges in infrastructure，trust building，coordination and management，and technological breakthroughs in the process of cooperation. In the face of the challenges，we made active innovation，resource interaction，collaborative progress， technology empowerment and other measures. Gradually，the cooperative partners are diversified，the business scope is enlarged， and the value is created dynamically. Finally，suggestions are put forward for the platform to continue to evolve harmoniously along the ecological direction：first，we should strengthen cooperation and trust，conduct deeper cooperation and promote the interaction of complementary resources；second，we should define their respective positioning and development goals，establish the overall consciousness of coordinated evolution toward the ecological direction，and achieve the optimal overall benefits； third，we should continue to make breakthroughs in innovation，adapt to dynamic transformation，and obtain sustainable competitive advantage.
