Research on the Coupling Effect Evaluation of “Intelligent + Sharing”Logistics

Abstract：The authors explore the coupling mechanism and coupling effect of“intelligent + sharing”logistics mode and its realization path，which is of great theoretical and practical significance for promoting the transformation and upgrading of logistics enterprises and even the whole industry to“intelligent + sharing”mode and realizing cost reduction and efficiency improvement. The authors put forward a new mode of“intelligent + sharing”logistics and analyze its coupling connotation and mechanism. On this basis，they construct the evaluation index system of“intelligent + sharing”logistics coupling，the evaluation model of logistics coupling coordination degree of“intelligent + sharing”is constructed by using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model and coupling degree model，and the coupling effect is empirically explored based on the sample data obtained from expert ratings and questionnaire survey in logistics industry. The results show that：(1) The coupling degree of the intelligent logistics and sharing logistics is in the moderate coupling and early development stage，while the level of coupling coordination is in the primary coordination stage. The coupling relationship between the two systems is relatively weak and its coupling coordination still has great potential space for development，and the contribution of intelligent logistics to the coupling of“intelligent + sharing”logistics is higher than that of sharing logistics as a whole. (2) The contribution of information system construction，infrastructure construction and information resource sharing to the coupling of“intelligent + sharing”logistics system is relatively large，while the coupling contribution of talent construction，security construction，equipment resource sharing，distribution resource sharing and sharing standard system is relatively small，which have become the most critical bottleneck factors that restrict the coupling of “intelligent + sharing”. (3) The logistics system informatization construction capacity and infrastructure construction are the main influencing factors of the development level of intelligent logistics，and the satisfaction in the development of information security， the proportion of professional talents，and the status of talent development is relatively low，which even has become a key bottleneck restricting the overall development level of the intelligent logistics system. (4) Information resource sharing and sharing standard system are the main factors affecting the development level of shared logistics，and the efficiency of information sharing， technology standardization，joint distribution，information sharing platform and other factors have become the most critical bottleneck restricting the development of shared logistics. We should improve our capability for logistic information system construction，perfect the training system and information safety system，build the environment for the sharing of logistic high quality development，promote cooperation among government，industry，and enterprises，and so on.
