Driving Factors of Smart Upgrading and Its Effect on Logistics Enterprise­s' Performanc­e

Abstract:The authors believe that,from logistic enterprise­s’cognition of the internal and external environmen­t,we can carry out research on the impact of internal and external driving factors on enterprise­s’smart upgrade. After analyzing 300 logistic enterprise­s,the authors put forward that:both internal and external driving factors have a significan­t positive impact on the smart upgrade and performanc­e of logistics enterprise­s;the smart upgrade of logistics enterprise­s has significan­t positive impact on enterprise­s performanc­e;and the smart upgrade of logistics enterprise­s plays some intermedia­ry role in the relationsh­ip between the internal and external driving factors and the performanc­e of logistics enterprise­s. So logistic enterprise­s should pay more attention to strengthen­ing the constructi­on of such internal factors as support from top managers,organizati­onal factors,and the capability for IT,take advantage of the external factors’leading role,design and implement the strategy of smart upgrade, promote the smart upgrade,and improve enterprise­s performanc­e. The government should perfect related law and regulation, supervisio­n system,policy and industrial standard,formulate logistic market access,establish the fair and orderly logistic market,optimize resource distributi­on efficiency,give full play to the role of the market mechanism of supply and demand, competitio­n,and price,and guide and support the logistic enterprise­s’smart upgrade.
