In less then five years, Zhang learned all the words in five English-lan­guage text­books and scored 630 out of a pos­si­ble 677 points on the TOEFL. His story earned him the nick­name “Su­per Chef”. Zhang is now lead­ing a team around China, giv­ing lec­tures and shar­ing his story to en­cour­age oth­ers.
