A college student in Nanning designed an economical way to raise a room’s temperature using ordinary candles, bricks and flowerpots. He posted pictures showing the step-bystep procedure on the Internet. The simple combination can increase the temperature of a 10-square-meter room by 12.5 C in 40 minutes. The information has spread widely on the Internet.
