Cabinet to unveil IT development strategy

The State Council, China’s Cabinet, will hold a media briefing today on the country’s Information Technology development strategy. Officials with the Cyberspace Administration of China, the National Development and Reform Commission and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will attend.

More than 18 million Chinese children under age 10 accessed the internet last year, according to the China Internet Network Information Center. Many parents are worried.
