Agency to release industrial profit data

The National Bureau of Statistics will release today the industrial profit growth rate for last month. In May, profits of the country’s industrial companies rose by 3.7 percent year-on-year, slowing from April’s pace and adding to concerns about growing downward pressure on the economy.
