Future mo­bil­ity camp held in Bei­jing

A three-month long youth camp fo­cused on the future of mo­bil­ity so­lu­tions con­cluded on Dec 1 in Bei­jing, with 10 teams from uni­ver­si­ties and re­search in­sti­tutes shar­ing their thoughts on solv­ing traf­fic prob­lems. The an­nual event, or­ga­nized by Ger­man au­tomaker BMW, will be held for three years and each year par­tic­i­pants will be re­quired to of­fer their so­lu­tions to mo­bil­ity prob­lems in a des­ig­nated city. BMW China Pres­i­dent and CEO Olaf Kast­ner said the youth camp serves as a plat­form for young peo­ple to ex­plore in­no­va­tive mo­bil­ity so­lu­tions.
