Litterbug lost phone, funds

A woman in Pengshui county who accidentally threw her mobile phone out of the window of a moving car had to seek police help after 10,000 yuan ($1,450) went missing from her bank account. Cen Qiong was driving when she dropped her phone while attempting to throw some litter on the road. Following a police investigation, it was discovered that Cen’s phone had been picked up by a sanitation worker who gave it to his son. The son then transferred the money from Cen’s bank account to her Alipay account. The money was still there when Cen’s phone was returned.
