Burglar slept in victim’s house

A burglar in Chengdu has been detained after his victims caught him sleeping in their house. Zhang Gang is accused of stealing a pair of gold earrings, a tablet computer, two mobile phones and two bottles of wine. When asked by police why he slept in the victim’s house for 15 hours, Zhang said being a thief was tiring because he usually stole things at night.
