Conference to address telecom and internet fraud

Chinese internet giant Tencent will hold a conference on telecom and internet fraud in Beijing on Wednesday. The event will be organized in partnership with the Ministry of Public Security. Vice-Minister of Public Security Li Wei and Tencent CEO Ma Hua teng will attend. Delegates from a number of public and private institutions will also be present.
