Why some people dislike CE Leung

Chief Secretary for Administra­tion Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor said that many criticisms of Chief Executive Leung Chun-ying are unfair, and that Leung is hard-working and keen on promoting Hong Kong’s economy, particular­ly through scientific progress and technologi­cal innovation­s. It is worth evaluating if Carrie Lam’s evaluation of Leung is valid. If what she said is true, it is worth exploring why some people dislike him.
