Xi: Key to stability is Party regulation

President Xi Jinping has given instructions to strengthen the intra-Party regulation system. Xi said improving Party regulations is a long-term and fundamental strategy toward achieving stricter Party governance. The Party should employ the spirit of reform and innovation to establish a relatively complete regulatory system by the 100th anniversary of the founding of the CPC, he said.
