Amazon apologizes over flag insult

E-commerce giant Amazon has apologized to Indian Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj for selling doormats displaying the country’s flag. The development came a day after Swaraj threatened to revoke visas for Amazon officials unless the company apologized for insulting the flag and withdrew all the offending products immediately from its Canadian store, which Amazon has done.
