Expo offers kids a world of books and events

The Third China Children’s Book Expo raised the curtain on Friday, and will add fun to young readers’ summer vacation through July 16, at the Beijing Exhibition Center. About 200 reading events are scheduled. The Fourth China Science Festival, held simultaneously with the book expo, will feature “ocean” as the key theme and present some 100 science shows.
