Development: Landmark building expands in Beijing

Beijing’s China World Trade Center opened its Phase 3B last week, adding 230,000 square meters to the landmark building complex. The new part includes Hotel Jen Beijing, a shopping mall, restaurants and world-class offices. The complex — the hub of the Central Business District — covers 1.1 million square meters. Founded in 1985, China World Trade Center, consisting of hotels, offices, apartments, exhibition spaces and a shopping mall, is first choice for many international companies.
