Center to build climate change lab with US partners

On Thursday, Qingdao National Laboratory for Marine Science and Technology in Shandong province, the US National Center for Atmospheric Research and the Texas A&M University will sign an agreement to build an international lab for a high-resolution earth prediction system. The lab will help better predict global climate change.
