Park Hyatt Beijing will provide a discount package of services until the end of November, in celebration of the ninth anniversary of the Beijing Yintai Center where it is located.

For an additional payment of 400 yuan ($60.30) for one person and 600 yuan for two on top of suite rates, guests can enjoy a packaged stay that includes a buffet breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, interior mini bar, free ironing for two pieces of clothing and a late check-out until 4 pm, the company said.

Guests looking for a venue to hold year-end meetings and events can also book comprehensive packages, starting from 688 yuan per person. Packages include customized menus, tailored floral set-ups, events planning and on-day banquet services, it said.

The hotel has also refreshed its ballroom on the third floor, with improved services for customers holding meetings or private gatherings.

It said the overall renovation of its guestrooms and lobby will be completed before the 10th anniversary of the center, equipped with a new design and air cleaners. After the revamp, the hotel will hold a launch event.

The hotel is located in the heart of the Beijing Central Business District. It includes shopping malls, restaurants, apartments and office buildings.

“It’s a community for highlevel businesspeople, whitecollar employees and celebrities from different fields to meet and share ideas,” said Xu Daichuan, executive deputy general manager of Beijing Yintai Property.

Besides the Park Hyatt Beijing, the center also held a fashion show and exhibition, and promoted international brands in October.
