Chemicals standards center opened in Yantai

A national technological standards innovation center focusing on new chemical materials was inaugurated in Yantai in late June. The move will help to advance the construction of a new standards system in the new materials field, local officials said. The center will offer training to improve the entire industry’s capacity and awareness of making and using technological standards in a bid to promote industrialization and modernization of research achievements, they added.
