Giant tuna goes on display at hotel

A 2.5-meter-long bluefin tuna weighing 357.5 kg has been put on display at the Yueqing International Hotel. The fish was caught near Palau in the western Pacific, and according to Lu Qiwang, the hotel’s owner, its market price is more than 3 million yuan ($445,745). Lu said the cheek meat would fetch the highest price, at 3,800 yuan per 50 grams, and more than 60 percent of the fish has already been reserved for use in sashimi and sushi. ZJOL.COM.CN
