Vietnamese IT firms collect $1.25 billion

Total revenue of the top 50 Vietnamese information technology firms reached nearly 28 trillion Vietnamese dong ($1.25 billion) in 2015, said the Vietnam Software and IT services Association onMonday. The figure was released at the launch of VINASA’s special publication on Vietnam’s 50 leading IT companies in 2016 onMonday in capitalHanoi. Nguyen Thi Thu Giang, VINASA general secretary, said at the launch that the top 50 accounted for 35.3 percent of total revenue of Vietnam’s software and digital content industry.
