Tax policy on cosmetics changed

The State Administration of Taxation recently issued a notice on taxation management for high-end cosmetics. According to the document, since Oct 1, the tax rate of high-end cosmetics was lowered from 30 percent to 15 percent, and ordinary cosmetics products have become tax-free.
