Civilian airport market opens up

The Chinese civilian airport market is now fully accessible to private capital, after the national aviation authority issued sweeping newguidelines on Sunday. The Civil Aviation Administration of China rolled out the red carpet for private capital in all the civilian airport projects that are planned, in the country’s outline for airport development or special regional and industrial planning.
