Much-needed rest
The Chinese icebreaker Xuelong berths at a port in Shanghai on Monday after a 78-day Arctic mission. Members of the seventh Arctic Expedition traveled 13,000 nautical miles to explore marine areas including the Bering Sea, the Chukchi Sea, the Canada Basin and the Mendeleev Ridge in the Arctic Ocean.
