Senior citizen gets lost in forest park

A senior citizen living near a forest park in Yichun city lost his way while foraging for mushrooms on the morning of Sept 13. He had not returned home by the evening, so the 60-year-old man’s relatives called his mobile phone. The man said that he was lost in the forest, leading his relatives to call local police for help. Police officers went to a location near the forest and set off fireworks, which the man eventually saw. He followed the smoke trail from the fireworks and was able to exit the forest at around 9 pm.
