Poverty relief with technology action

Seven ministries and departments, including the ministries of technology and education, have jointly issued an action plan for poverty relief. According to the plan, the ministries and departments will implement a series of steps, including technology improvement and educational training, in order to achieve a new innovation-driven development pattern in impoverished areas by 2020.
