Fiance proposes using photograph

A man in Nanchang had to propose using a picture of an engagement ring after he left it behind at a railway station. The man, surnamed Qi, contacted railway police as soon as he realized that he had forgotten his backpack containing the ring while boarding a train from Pingxiang to Nanchang. He told the police officer, surnamed Ouyang, that he needed the ring to propose that afternoon. Ouyang found the backpack and sent Qi a photo of the ring, which he used to propose to his girlfriend.
