Police nab suspected thief

A man was detained on Thursday on suspicion of driving into the city from Hubei province to steal cellphones. Police said surveillance footage showed the suspect exiting his Audi A6 and taking a cellphone from a person in a crowd. It was the third time the man had been caught stealing, officers said.
