Police arrest teen over hit-and-run

A 17-year-old high school student in Sheyang county, Yancheng, has been detained on suspicion of causing the death of a pedestrian in a hit-andrun. Police said the teen was caught on surveillance footage exiting his car to check on the female victim before fleeing. The woman, in her 70s, died from her injuries in hospital.
