Guidelines outline improved regulation

The city’s intellectual property authority and the administration of the Chongqing pilot free trade zone recently unveiled guidelines to improve IP regulation in the zone. The guidelines set up targets for the near future, including efficient IP management and enforcement systems, a convenient public service system, development of a professional IP service industry, diverse IP dispute solutions and strengthened domestic and international exchanges.
