Kids’ antics spark outrage online

A video showing a group of children in Zizhong playing a dangerous game has gone viral on Chinese social media. The video shows the primary students walking around the outside of a building on a narrow ledge 20 meters above ground level. The neighborhood committee responsible for the building said the children were playing after school. The video provoked outrage from concerned parents and teachers in the county.
