Police crack major online fraud cases

Police have cracked a slew of online fraud cases involving malicious mobile apps, busting 21 rings across the country and detaining more than 600 suspects, authorities in Guangdong province said on Sunday. Authorities also froze illegal assets of more than 100 million yuan ($15.3 million).
