Internet-addicted student turns life around

A former computer game addict has turned his life around and is heading for academic glory. Zhang Jie was obsessed with computer games, and dropped out of secondary school in Ningxiang, Hunan province. But he pushed the reset button on his life and got down to hardy study at junior high school. His hard work has paid dividends with offers from prestigious universities. Zhang looks set to attend the Chinese University of Hong Kong and, not surprisingly, hopes to establish an internet company after graduation.
