I support this type of program because it draws public attention and raises awareness of physical fitness through a high-intensity contest, which creates a good social atmosphere. My little grandson loves watching this type of competition. He always sweats for each contestant in front of the TV every time. I believe this kind of program imperceptibly teaches him the value of physical exercise, and cultivates a sense of responsibility. He also knew from an early age that today’s society is full of competition, and if he does not work hard, he will be left behind.

He is now in the fourth grade of elementary school. Good at sport, he actively participates in sports activities every time and organizes the whole class to participate together. He always tells his little friends that “Life lies in movement” and “Good health can help one make a better contribution to society.” So the formation of a healthy life concept in the mind of my grandson is closely linked to these reality shows he usually watches. conform to the philosophy of our ancestors who began to work at sunrise and stopped at sunset. Recording during the day can better ensure the safety of contestants, and is also in accordance with the law of nature.

In other words, the biggest problem with the current variety show is not that the intensity is too high, but the timing of the recording. There are indeed many considerations. Maybe artists have tight schedules during the day and only have time at night. But night is the time for human body to take rest. During this period of time, high-intensity exercise is not recommended.

So it is a good show, but the recording time should be adjusted.
