香辣啤酒焖羊肉(Spicy Mutton With Beer)

Ingredient­s:

500g mutton

25g chopped dried chili

200g beer sliced ginger chopped garlic cloves and sprouts as needed

Seasonings: salt, oyster sauce, chili sauce, chili oil, starchy sauce and cooking oil as needed

Directions:

1. Wash the mutton and chop into pieces. Add some water into the wok and put mutton. Quickly boil for a while to remove the offensive smell, and then ladle out on a dish for later use. 2. Heat up some oil in the wok and add in sliced ginger and stir-fry briefly. Add in mutton and stir-fry evenly. Add the chopped dried chili and stir-fry evenly. Add in some beer, salt, oyster sauce, chili sauce and stir-fry well.

3. Cover to braise for 40 minutes until the mutton is tender. 4. Uncover the wok and add in some chopped garlic cloves. Add in the chopped garlic sprouts and chili oil and stir-fry well. Add in starchy sauce and stir-fry quickly.

5. Transfer the ingredient­s from the wok to a clay pot and

simmer for a while. Turn off the heat and serve.
