麒麟丸联合“三采嬉戏”疗法治疗肾气不固型继发性早泄临床研究

129例肾气不固型APE患者随机分为中药组、房中术组、联合组各43例。中药组予麒麟丸，每次6g，每日 3

次，口服。房中术组指导患者性交时行“三采嬉戏”疗法，平均每周性交≥2次。联合组予麒麟丸联合“三采

嬉戏”疗法，方法同上。均连续治疗 8 周。观察治疗前，治疗 4、8 周及治疗后 4 周射精潜伏期（IELT）、中

国早泄患者性功能评价表（PECI-5）评分、中医症状评分。结果 与治疗前比较，3 组治疗后不同时点 IELT

均提高（P＜0.05）。联合组治疗后不同时点（除与中药组治疗 4 周比较）IELT 均优于其他 2 组（P＜0.05）。

与治疗前比较，3组治疗后不同时点 PECI-5 评分均改善（除房中术组治疗4 周的Q6、Q7），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。联合组治疗 8 周及治疗后 4 周 PECI-5 中 Q5、Q6、Q7 评分改善水平明显优于其他2 组（P＜

0.05）。与治疗前比较，中药组、联合组治疗后各时点中医症状评分均明显改善（P＜0.05）；房中术组入房早泄、性欲减退评分明显改善（P＜0.05），精神萎靡、动则自汗治疗8周及治疗后4 周明显改善（P＜0.05）。联

Abstract: Objective To observe clinical efficacy of Qilin Pills combined with Three-Spot Caressing in the treatment of acquired non-consolidated kidney qi premature ejaculation (PE). Methods Totally 129 acquired non-consolidated kidney qi PE patients were randomly divided into TCM group, Fangzhognshu group and combination group. TCM group was given Qilin Pills, 6 g each time, three times a day, orally. Fangzhognshu group was guided to conduct Three-spot Caressing during sexual intercourse, no less than twice a week. Combination group was given Qilin Pills and Three-spot Caressing with the same method as Fangzhognshu group. The treatment course for each group lasted for 8 weeks. Before and after treatment of 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 4 weeks after with drawal, the intravaginal ejaculatory latency time (IELT), Chinese Index of Sexual Function for Premature Ejaculation-5 (PECI-5) scores and TCM syndrome scores (TCMS) were compared. Results Compared with before treatment, IELT increased in three groups at different time points after treatment (P<0.05). In the combination group, IELT was superior to the other two groups (except for TCM group after 4-week treatment), with statistical significance (P<0.05).
