摘要：目的 探讨抗肿瘤中药注射剂不良反应发生的特点与规律，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法 采用

病历回顾性研究方法，对黄石市中心医院（以下简称“本院”）2006年 1 月－2016 年 6月填报的 73 例抗肿瘤中药注射剂药物不良反应（ADR）报告进行统计分析。结果 73 例 ADR报告中，中老年患者发生比例最高；涉及药品种类排序前3位的为复方苦参注射液、参麦注射液和艾迪注射液；ADR累及系统/器官以全身性损害最常见，其次为消化系统和皮肤及其附件损害；发生时间主要集中在用药当日，特别是用药后 30 min 内。结论 本院应重视抗肿瘤中药注射剂ADR监测工作，提高临床合理用药水平。关键词：中药注射剂；抗肿瘤；不良反应；合理用药

Retrospective Analysis on ADR Induced by Anti-tumor TCM Injections in Huangshi Central Hospital from 2006 to 2016

Methods Totally 73 ADR reports induced by anti-tumor TCM injections in Huangshi Central Hospital from January 2006 to July 2016 were retrospectively analyzed (hereinafter referred to as “our hospital”). Results Among 73 ADR reports, the elderly patients had the highest proportion; the top 3 kinds of medicine involved were compound Kushen Injection, Shenmai Injection and Addie Injection; the most common ADR involved the damages on systemic lesion, digestive system and skin and its appendages; the time of occurrence mainly concentrated on the day of medication, especially after 30 min. Conclusion The monitoring of anti-tumor TCM injections of ADR should be strengthened in our hospital, to improve the level of rational medicine use.

中药注射剂具有药效迅速、适于不能吞咽的肿瘤晚期患者等优点，因此临床应用广泛。鄂东医疗集团黄石市中心医院（以下简称“本院”）是湖北省肿瘤专科医院，近年来抗肿瘤中药注射剂药品不良反应（ADR）报告数量逐年上升趋势。笔者对本院 2006－2016 年抗肿瘤中药注射剂ADR报告进行回顾性统计与分析，总结 ADR 的发生特点及一般规律，旨在为肿瘤患者临床合理用药提供参考。 1 资料与方法

资料来源于本院医院信息管理系统（HIS）2006年1 月－2016年6月填报的73例抗肿瘤中药注射剂ADR 原始报告，采用病历回顾性研究方法，将患者年龄与性别、原患疾病与过敏史、涉及药品种类、累及器官/系统及临床表现、发生时间、报告类型及转归等信息录入 Excel2013 进行汇总分析，计数资料以x±s 表示。使用 SPSS21.0 统计软件进行分析，组
