中国中医科学院西苑医院2009－2014年中医膏方处方分析

摘要：目的 归纳总结中国中医科学院西苑医院（以下简称“本院”）2009－2014年中医膏方处方信息，为膏方管理及其临床科研提供参考。方法 采用 Epidata3.1、Excel2016、一体化医案分析系统等统计软件，对所获得处方进行管理、分类汇总、频数分析。结果 2009－2014 年本院膏方总处方 2517 张，涉及患者 2153例，涉及 21个科室，常见病300 余种，常见证型200余种，使用中药饮片736 种。结论 本院膏方总体处方量偏少，各科室膏方处方使用药物种类、剂量缺少规范。

Analysis on TCM Ointment Prescriptions in Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from 2009 to 2014

Abstract: Objective To summarize the prescription information of TCM ointment in Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences from 2009 to 2014; To provide references for the management and clinical research of TCM ointment. Methods Epidata3.1, Excel2016, integrated medical case analysis system and other statistical softwares were used to manage the obtained prescriptions, classify and summarize and conduct frequency analysis. Results There were 2517 prescriptions from 2009 to 2014, involving 2153 patients, 21 departments, more than 300 common diseases, more than 200 types of common syndromes, and 736 kinds of TCM decoction pieces. Conclusion The total prescription quantity of TCM ointment prescriptions in our hospital is relatively small. The types and dosage of ointment prescriptions used in each department lack standards.

中医膏方组方严谨、质量稳定、易于贮存、服用方便，适宜于亚健康状态调理、抗衰老增强体质、中老年人秋冬保健、慢性病恢复期调理。中国中医科学院西苑医院（以下简称“本院”）是北京市首家开展膏方门诊的中医医院，也是北京市膏方医师培训考核基地，为了解相关膏方使用情况，笔者对本院 2009－2014 年中医膏方处方进行统计归纳，兹介绍如下。

1 资料与方法

从本院2009－2014年中医膏方处方全部中药饮 片处方中提取信息，包括开具处方日期、医生姓名、患者姓名、性别、年龄、中医证型、西医病名、使用中药饮片、处方剂量、辅料使用情况等。采用

Epidata3.1、Excel2016、一体化医案分析系统等统计软件，对所获得的处方进行管理、分类汇总、频数分析。

2 结果

2.1 一般情况本次获取的膏方处方涉及患者 2153 例，其中男性 858 例，女性 1295 例；年龄 2～99 岁，平均年龄

49.03 岁。≥90 岁 11 例，80～89 岁 98 例，70～79岁 262 例，60～69 岁 285 例，50～59 岁 381 例，40～

49 岁 458 例，30～39 岁 347 例，20～29 岁 144 例，

10～19 岁 57 例，＜10岁 105 例。
