中医证候模型的发展及意义

Abstract: TCM syndrome model is an effective tool for the research of occurrence and development of disease and the mechanism of TCM, which promotes the further study of TCM etiology and pathogenesis and syndrome differentiation and treatment. Developing and using syndrome model is an indispensable link in the development of TCM modernization. This article summarized replication methods of several kinds of existing syndrome models and their advantages and disadvantages, and discussed the necessity and significance of current study and use of syndrome model.

中医理论发展至近现代，历代医家的用药经验和药效评价均来自临床观察。西医传入我国后，许多科研工作者开始借鉴动物模型评价中药及其配伍是否有效。中医药现代化的最终目的是为临床服务，其研究离不开动物实验，而成功复制动物模型又是首要环节。标准化动物模型的复制是保证中医药现代化研究真实性、可靠性、重现性、创新性、先进性的 基本前提。1 中医证候模型复制方法
