网络药理学在中药复方作用机制研究中的应用

2.内蒙古医科大学附属医院药剂部,内蒙古 呼和浩特 010059摘要:网络药理学凭借“多成分-多靶点-多途径”网络构建思想与中医理论的“整体观”相符合,能较为准确地对中药复方作用机制进行预测和分析,也能对中药配伍常用的一些观点进行阐述和论证。因此,近年来网络药理学受到学者们的广泛关注。本文将近5年中药复方作用机制研究文献进行综述,从中药复方作用机制网络药理学的研究过程和网络药理学对君臣佐使、药对、同病异治、异病同治等配伍规律的解释进行论述,以期为网络药理学研究提供新的思路。关键词:网络药理学;靶点预测;作用机制;复方配伍;综述

Application of Network Pharmacology in Research on Mechanism of Action of TCM Compounds

Department of Pharmacy, Affiliated Hospital of Inner Mongolia Medical University, Hohhot 010059, China Abstract: Network pharmacology which depends on a network-construction idea of “multi components, multi targets and multi pathways” is consistent with the “integrality” concept which plays an important role in TCM theory. It is more convenient and precise to predict and analyze the mechanism of action of TCM compounds, and can expound and demonstrate some viewpoints commonly used in the compatibility of TCM. Therefore, network pharmacology has received extensive attention and recognition from scholars in recent years. This article reviewed the literature on the mechanism of action of TCM compounds in the past 5 years, and discussed the compatibility laws and regulations of “emperor, minister, adjuvant and courier” medicine (which were called jun-chen-zuo-shi in Chinese), medicinal pairs, different treatments for the same disease, and same treatment for different disease from the research process of network pharmacology.

通讯作者:解红霞,E-mail:530184404@qq.com进行了系统阐述。与以往所认为的“单成分-单靶点单疾病”研究思路不同,网络药理学认为药物在体内的过程是一个复杂的作用网络,即“多成分-多靶点多途径”作用过程。这种药物通过多靶点间的相互作用产生增效减毒效果符合中医理论所秉承的“整体观”。目前网络药理学多用于筛选药物活性成分、预测成分中的作用靶点、研究药物的作用机制等。作为一种新的研究思路,网络药理学也可用于解释中药复方配伍规律或寻找中药的新适应证[3]。笔者现对网络药理学在中药复方作用机制研究方面的应用进行综
