Abstract: Objective To optimize the extraction process of Yunxiang Spray by D-optimal design response surface method. Methods On the basis of single factor experiment, soaking time, water ratio and extraction time as factors, and analytic hierarchy process (AHP)-entropy weight method comprehensive score of glycyrrhizic acid, hesperidin, magnolol, and honokiol, essential oil yield and the dry paste yield as evaluation indexes, multiple linear regression and the binomial fitting were conducted, and the response surface graph was drawn, in order to choose the optimal extraction process and conduct verification tests. Results The optimal extraction conditions were as follows: soaking for 60 min, adding 13 times water and extracting for 5.5 h. In the validation test, the comprehensive scores of the three batches of samples after extraction were 70.97%, 69.15% and 69.45%, respectively, and the RSD was 1.40%. Conclusion The optimized extraction process in this study is simple and feasible, and meets the requirements of large-scale production, which can provide reference for the standardization of the extraction process of Yunxiang Spray.
