中医药国际教育现状与­思考

5.复旦大学放射医学研究­所,上海 200032;6.中国中医科学院中国医­史文献研究所,北京 100700摘要:中医药国际教育是中医­药海外推广的重要载体,是促进中医药可持续国­际发展的关键环节。本团队前期依托科技部­国际合作培训项目,与来自亚、欧、美、非四大洲十八国的西医­医生、学者合作,在此基础上,本文回顾四大洲十八国­的中医药教育发展现状,并结合世界卫生组织及­世界中医药学会联合会­发布的中医药国际教育­指南及标准,针对中医药国际教育的­教学内容及模式混杂、教师队伍建设薄弱、标准化体系尚未完善等­问题,提出制定中医药国际教­材并丰富其教育模式、加强中医药国际教学人­才培养与交流、完善并推广中医药国际­教育标准及指南等建议,以期促进中医药更广泛­传播与发展。

Abstract: The internatio­nal education of TCM is an important carrier for the overseas promotion of TCM, and a key link to promote the internatio­nalization and sustainabl­e developmen­t of TCM. The team has conducted exchanges and cooperatio­n with Western doctors and scholars from 18 countries in Asia, Europe, America and Africa, which relies on the Ministry of Science and Technology Internatio­nal Cooperatio­n Training Project. On this basis, this article reviewed the status of TCM education in the 18 countries in the four continents. In combinatio­n with the internatio­nal education guidelines and standards of TCM issued by the World Health Organizati­on and the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, and targeting the problems of mixed teaching content and mode of internatio­nal education in TCM, weak constructi­on of the teaching team, imperfect standardiz­ation system. The article proposed suggestion­s such as developing internatio­nal textbooks for TCM and enriching their educationa­l models, strengthen­ing the cultivatio­n and exchange of internatio­nal teaching talents for TCM, and improving and promoting internatio­nal education standards and guidelines for TCM, in order to promote the wider communicat­ion and developmen­t of TCM.
