中医药国际教育现状与思考

5.复旦大学放射医学研究所，上海 200032；6.中国中医科学院中国医史文献研究所，北京 100700摘要：中医药国际教育是中医药海外推广的重要载体，是促进中医药可持续国际发展的关键环节。本团队前期依托科技部国际合作培训项目，与来自亚、欧、美、非四大洲十八国的西医医生、学者合作，在此基础上，本文回顾四大洲十八国的中医药教育发展现状，并结合世界卫生组织及世界中医药学会联合会发布的中医药国际教育指南及标准，针对中医药国际教育的教学内容及模式混杂、教师队伍建设薄弱、标准化体系尚未完善等问题，提出制定中医药国际教材并丰富其教育模式、加强中医药国际教学人才培养与交流、完善并推广中医药国际教育标准及指南等建议，以期促进中医药更广泛传播与发展。

Abstract: The international education of TCM is an important carrier for the overseas promotion of TCM, and a key link to promote the internationalization and sustainable development of TCM. The team has conducted exchanges and cooperation with Western doctors and scholars from 18 countries in Asia, Europe, America and Africa, which relies on the Ministry of Science and Technology International Cooperation Training Project. On this basis, this article reviewed the status of TCM education in the 18 countries in the four continents. In combination with the international education guidelines and standards of TCM issued by the World Health Organization and the World Federation of Chinese Medicine Societies, and targeting the problems of mixed teaching content and mode of international education in TCM, weak construction of the teaching team, imperfect standardization system. The article proposed suggestions such as developing international textbooks for TCM and enriching their educational models, strengthening the cultivation and exchange of international teaching talents for TCM, and improving and promoting international education standards and guidelines for TCM, in order to promote the wider communication and development of TCM.
