摘要:互联网主导的图书馆移动阅读逐渐成为读者用户的主流阅读方式,基于互联网思维的图书馆移动阅读推广服务具有移动性、公益性、便携性与实时性等特点。本文对短信服务模式(SMS)、无线应用协议(WAP)、第三方应用程序(APP)、无线通信技术(I-Mode)等 4 种移动阅读推广服务技术模式进行分析,探讨响应式 Web 等移动阅读推广服务的最新技术进展,并提出满足用户需求、推进多元建设,加强宣传力度、积极引导用户,拓宽发展渠道、丰富内容资源,制定合理资费、减轻读者负担 4 条创新发展对策,以促进移动阅读推广服务的创新发展。

Research on Innovation of Library Mobile Reading Promotion Service Based on Internet Thinking

Abstract: Library mobile reading dominated by the Internet has gradually become the main way of reading. Based on Internet thinking, library mobile reading promotion service has the features of mobility, charity, portability and real-time. This article analyzed the four kinds of mobile reading promotion service technological models, i.e., the SMS, WAP, APP and I-Mode, discussed the latest technological progress of mobile reading promotion service, such as responsive Web, and proposed four development strategies for innovation, i.e., meeting user demand and promoting diversified construction, enhancing propaganda and actively guiding users, widening development channels and enriching contents and resources, and formulating reasonable budget and relieving reader burden, with a purpose to enhance the innovation development of mobile reading promotion service.

基于互联网思维的图书馆移动阅读推广服务创新研究是继“云概念”与“微服务”之后,引起图书馆界学者专家密切关注的领域。图书馆移动阅读推广服务的悄然兴起成为人们生活中必不可少的一部分,截至 2015 年 6 月底,中国网民数量高达 6.38

[1]亿,其中手机网民用户数量为 3.88 亿 。由此可见,在互联网技术的不断发展与影响下,人们的阅读行为发生了变化,智能手机、iPad 等终端设备逐渐成为人们阅读的工具。因此,对基于互联网思维的图书馆移动阅读推广服务创新研究既具有理论意义又具有现实作用。
