摘要：创新创业环境下，高校图书馆应发挥自身优势，拓展服务功能，通过设立大学生就业创业专题阅览室、设立大学生就业创业对口参考咨询员、搭建大学生就业创业信息服务平台、利用文献检索课教学及加强与各部门合作等措施，参与到大学生的就业创业服务工作中，促进学校的就业创业工作，促进学校、图书馆、学生三者之间的紧密沟通，提升学校的竞争力。

Discussion on the Effects of Libraries of Universities and Colleges on the Employment and Entrepreneurship Service Work of Students in Universities and Colleges

Abstract: Under the environment of innovation and entrepreneurship, libraries of universities and colleges should play their own advantages and expand the service function. Through the establishment of employment and entrepreneurship reading rooms for students in universities and colleges, establishment of employment and entrepreneurship consulting counterparts of students in universities and colleges, construction of employment and entrepreneurship information service platform for students in universities and colleges, making use of the teaching of literature retrieval courses and strengthening cooperation with various departments and other measures to participate in the employment and entrepreneurship service work of students in universities and colleges, the employment and entrepreneurship work of universities and colleges, the close communication among universities and colleges, libraries, and students, and the competitiveness of universities and colleges can be promoted.

近年来，党中央、国务院、国家相关部委、地方政府等对大学生就业创业工作高度重视，出台了一系列文件，促进大学生就业创业工作。党的十八届五中全会通过的“十三五”规划，提出了就业优先战略；国务院颁发了《关于进一步做好新形势下就业创业工作的意见》（国发〔2015〕23 号）等文件；教育部出台了《关于做好 2016 届全国普通高等

学校毕业生就业创业工作的通知》等。各高校也将大学生的就业创业作为重点工作来抓。但由于毕业生数量逐年增加，大学生就业压力非常大，在高校里，大学生就业问题不能仅靠就业创业部门，需要学校各部门联动，相互协作。高校图书馆作为学校的文献信息资源中心，拥有专业的人才队伍，可以参与到大学生就业创业服务工作中来，拓展图书馆功能，服务学校就业工作。
