Abstract: Innovation and innovative thinking provide important support for promoting the construction of innovative China, and the cultivation of creative talents meets the requirements of contemporary national conditions. As an important basic course in medical colleges and universities, pharmacology plays a key role in guiding clinical rational medication and research and development of new drugs. The theoretical system of pharmacology involves multidisciplinary contents, and the knowledge points are complicated, which would bring many challenges to teaching process. Meanwhile, the theoretical system of pharmacology also involves rich internal logic. The logical training of innovative thinking plays an important role in improving the class learning efficiency and knowledge conversion rate of pharmacology, as well as enhancing students' learning initiative and cultivating innovative talents. The common training method sinclude deductive reasoning, inductive reasoning, scientific experiment, and critical thinking. Practice results have found that embedding logical training methods in teaching process can increase teacher-student interaction, improve students' selflearning ability and cultivate innovative thinking.
