Analysis on Quality and Doctoral Dissertations of TCM and Exploration of Pre-control Management

The results showed that the quality of doctoral dissertations of TCM in our academy was generally good, and the overall evaluation results were mainly distributed at a good level, accounting for 54.7%; the distribution of each sub-item was mostly in good level, which was more than half; the second was excellent level, accounting for about 30.0%. A total of 4 doctoral dissertations were identified as unqualified doctoral dissertations in the overall evaluation, accounting for 6.0%; 4 were unqualified in terms of innovation and paper value; 2 were unqualified in terms of scientific research ability and basic knowledge, topics and reviews and paper norms. It is suggested to improve the pre-control management measures of the quality of dissertations from the management of postgraduate training process to further improve the quality level of dissertations.
