Pierre Hermé
GF, Glass Quartier
When it opened in 2015, the EmQuartier branch of Pierre Hermé marked its first foray into Southeast Asia. Today it remains the only outlet in Thailand. Heir to four generations of Alsatian bakers and pastry-making traditions, Pierre Hermé has been lauded by
Vogue as “the Picasso of Pastry.” After being mentored by the celebrated pastry chef Gaston Lenôtre, the rising star moved on to Fauchon and Ladurée before launching his own world-famous brand. Inside the store, a tempting display of chocolate bonbons, cakes, and jams are on offer, while macaron flavors range from enduring favorites such as caramel and rose to more seasonal varieties.
